One walkthrough of your actual dashboard — Live Inbox, Templates, Broadcasts and the rest — shown exactly as you'll see it. Every screen below is click-through: use the numbered steps and follow the arrows.
The green Agents Operational badge means your AI is live and answering right now. Below it, four numbers tell you the shape of your day — orders coming in, how many still need attention, how many chats are active, and how big your product catalog is.
Recent Orders and Recent Conversations underneath let you jump straight into anything that just happened, without digging through menus.
The tabs at the top — Agent Console, Campaign Console, Developer — group your tools by what they're for. Day-to-day work (chats, orders, your AI) lives in Agent Console; broadcasts and templates live in Campaign Console.
The left panel lists every customer conversation. Open one and you'll see three kinds of bubbles: the customer's own messages (blue, right), your AI replying automatically (white, left, tagged "AI"), and — whenever you or your team step in — a peach bubble labelled with that person's name.
That labelling matters: your team always knows whether the AI or a real person sent the last reply, and so, implicitly, does the tone of the conversation.
You can take over any conversation at any moment — just start typing. The AI won't reply on top of you; your message is what the customer sees next.
Step 4 shows the same AI, same accuracy — just replying to a customer who wrote in Malayalam. It reads and answers in whichever language the customer uses; nobody has to set anything.
A template is any message you plan to send to more than one person at once — it has to be submitted to WhatsApp and approved before it can go out. That's a WhatsApp rule, not a Faigen one; it exists to stop spam.
Each one shows a status: Draft (not submitted yet), Pending review (with WhatsApp, usually a few hours to a day), Approved (ready to use), or occasionally Rejected (needs a small wording change and a resubmit).
Marketing templates (sales, offers) cost a little more per message than Utility templates (order updates, receipts) — that's also set by WhatsApp, and you'll see the cost on each one before you send.
A template can be created in Malayalam just like English — filter by language to find the right one fast. The customer sees exactly the language it was written in.
Pick any approved template — the cost per message is shown right on it, so there's no surprise later. Drafts and pending templates can't be selected yet.
Choose who gets it: your whole list, a hand-picked group, an uploaded spreadsheet, or numbers you paste in yourself. The recipient count updates as you choose.
Name the campaign so you can find it later, optionally schedule it for a specific time, and check the summary — recipients × cost per message = total cost, checked against your wallet balance before you're allowed to launch.
Sending isn't instant for the recipients — it queues and goes out in the background. From here you can watch it live in Campaign History: sent, delivered, and read counts, per message.
Click through 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 above the screen — it's the exact same four steps you'll click through for real, in whichever template language you picked.
These round out the dashboard — most clients only need to glance at these occasionally, once things are set up.
Dashboard & Live Inbox — see and join every conversation your AI is having.
Templates — WhatsApp has to sign off before any message goes to a list.
Broadcast — template, audience, review, launch. Tracked from send to read.
Your AI reads and replies in whichever one your customer used — no setup needed.
