- Service availability is subject to Meta API status.

9. Limitation of Liability
Faigen's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for business revenue loss, third-party API outages (Meta/Google), or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
